The WI22-0201 is a laboratory removable two-layer coaxial needle designed for forming core-shell electrospun fibers. It directs inner and outer liquid streams through concentric flow paths. The inner needle, outer needle, main body, and connectors can be removed for cleaning. A universal body and interchangeable needles provide multiple internal and external diameter combinations. The included needle set can form up to eight coaxial configurations. Polished components and controlled concentricity support alignment of the two flow streams. The needle components and body use corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the adapters use medical-grade polypropylene. An integrated fixing hole and hydrostatic leak test support installation and reliable reuse.
