TSYJ Series Sanitary Liquid Sterilizing Filter, 0.3-24 T/h (CAT#: STEM-BC-2997-ZJF)

This sanitary filter housing is designed for clarification and sterilizing filtration of liquids in controlled process systems. The vessel is manufactured from 304 or 316L stainless steel with a streamlined, crevice-reduced structure. Internal surfaces can be mirror polished or electropolished for cleaning and hygienic operation. The housing accepts PES, nylon, PP, PTFE, PVDF, and other compatible pleated cartridges. Configurations from one to twelve cartridges provide theoretical flow capacities from 0.3 to 24 T/h. Flat-end, threaded, 222 insertion, and 226 bayonet cartridge interfaces are supported. Clamp, threaded, and flange connections allow integration into different process pipelines. Each housing is hydrostatically tested above its design pressure before release.
