TSKgel UP-SW Aggregate SEC Column, 3 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3232-ZJF)

This size-exclusion chromatography column is designed for separation of monoclonal-antibody multimers and other large biomolecules. It uses 3 µm packing to provide efficient analytical separation. The stationary-phase surface and pore properties match those of the UltraSW Aggregate format. Its pore-volume and calibration characteristics are optimized for large-protein aggregate analysis. The 15 cm column supports rapid routine testing. The 30 cm column provides increased resolution for demanding separations. A narrow 4.6 mm internal diameter improves detection sensitivity while reducing solvent consumption. The column is compatible with both UHPLC and conventional HPLC systems.
