Description

This polymer-based reversed-phase column family is designed for peptides, proteins, and related biomolecules. The stationary phases use polymethacrylate polymer matrices with different particle and pore structures. Polymer construction provides broader pH compatibility than conventional silica supports. The columns remain chemically stable from approximately pH 2 to 12. This stability enables repeated use under alkaline conditions where silica columns may be limited. Octadecyl-2PW is intended for peptide analysis. Octadecyl-4PW is designed for larger peptides, while Phenyl-5PW RP is intended for proteins. Octadecyl-NPR uses nonporous particles for rapid analysis and excellent high-pH stability.
