Description

This high-performance hydrophobic interaction column is designed for antibody-drug conjugate analysis. It uses 5 µm nonporous hydrophilic polymer particles bonded with butyl groups. The column is particularly suitable for determining drug-to-antibody ratio distributions. It can also analyze plasmid DNA topoisomers, antibody multimers, and antibody fragments. The nonporous matrix supports rapid mass transfer and efficient separation. Resolution and pressure performance are optimized relative to earlier butyl HIC formats. Short and long column configurations support rapid or higher-resolution analysis. Reproducible particle production and packing provide consistent chromatographic performance.
