Description

This hydrophobic interaction chromatography column is designed for analytical separation of proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and enzymes. It uses 2.5 µm nonporous hydrophilic polymer particles functionalized with butyl groups. The nonporous structure supports rapid mass transfer and high-speed separation. The column can resolve protein structural isomers that may not be separated by ion-exchange chromatography. High recovery is provided for multiple proteins even at trace concentration levels. The stationary phase offers chemical stability across a broad pH range. A short 3.5 cm configuration supports rapid analysis. A 10 cm configuration provides higher resolution for demanding biopharmaceutical applications.
