TSB05SBTZ-TSB20TBTZ Electrically Heated Insulation Jacket, Up to 150°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-2913-ZJF)

This electrically heated insulation jacket is designed to maintain vent filters and filter housings at a controlled temperature. It consists of a removable heating jacket and a temperature-control instrument. The system helps prevent accumulation of condensate and reduces conditions that support microbial growth. It is suitable for purified-water tanks, water-for-injection tanks, stills, preparation vessels, lyophilizer vents, and pharmaceutical filter housings. Type A uses silicone-foam insulation and may have a moderately warmer external surface. Type B uses polymeric foam insulation for improved heat retention and a near-ambient outer surface. Segmented heater power reduces temperature differences between the upper and lower regions of the filter. An overtemperature breaker interrupts heating if the temperature exceeds 140°C. The fluoropolymer-covered fastening structure supports convenient removal and installation.
