With a maximum speed of 400 rpm, the Divider economic 400 is not only a highly efficient slicer. lts strengths also lie in
stacking and shingling, thanks to the patented SAS process, the only one of its kind in the world. SAS stands for "Stacking
as you slice". First slicing, then stacking is now history at Treif, as both can now be done in one process. During the cutting
process, the slices are taken up for stacking by the elevator table. For shingling, the slices are immediately placed on the
outlet conveyor the moment they are cut. The advantage is that the slices cannot fall or slip. You simply can't get any more precise than this. Both cutting quality and product outlet quality are first class. And, as products can also be cut and discharged in an upright position, there's no need to invest in an expensive turntable. This, of course, leads to savings; in money and valuable production time.
