TPT1320/TPT1345 Disposable PTFE Syringe Filters, 13 mm, 0.20 µm and 0.45 µm are designed for filtration of organic solvents, strong-acid or strong-alkali samples, air, and degassing streams. The filter medium is hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The series provides a 13 mm housing with 0.20 µm and 0.45 µm pore-size options. The hydrophobic PTFE membrane provides broad chemical resistance for demanding solvent and gas-filtration conditions. The housing is medical-grade polypropylene with a female Luer-lock inlet and a male Luer-slip outlet. The documented maximum operating temperature is 45 °C, and the stated pressure limit is 100 psi. The documented filtration area is 0.78 cm², while the residual volume is <30 µL after air removal. Batch-level HPLC and ion-chromatography checks are described for extractable control and analytical compatibility. Each model is supplied as 400 filters per box for single-use sample preparation.
