Description

TLW5R Refrigerated Milk-Fat Centrifuge is designed for Gerber-method separation and measurement of fat in milk and dairy products. The angle rotor accommodates eight Gerber butyrometers. The maximum speed is 1,500 rpm and the maximum relative centrifugal force is 420 × g. The temperature setting extends from ambient temperature to 65 °C. Microprocessor control manages the DC motor, temperature, and operating time. The timer supports cycles up to 99 h 59 min. Low-noise operation supports routine dairy laboratory analysis. The compact benchtop enclosure provides direct access to the dedicated rotor. The centrifuge supports repeatable milk-fat measurements within the documented Gerber workflow.
