The Tissue Floatation And Baking Processor YD-AB2 combines tissue-section floatation with slide warming or baking in one bench-top instrument. The water-bath section supports spreading and flattening of freshly cut paraffin sections. The heated slide area supports drying and adhesion after sections are transferred to microscope slides. Independent thermal control allows the two processing functions to operate without interfering with each other. The control interface presents operating information and supports repeatable temperature settings. Memory and restart functions preserve workflow settings after routine shutdown or an interrupted power supply. The integrated layout reduces movement between separate floatation and warming devices. The unit is intended for histology laboratories preparing tissue sections for staining and examination.
