Description

Three-Gas One-Liquid Fixed-Bed System is a fixed-bed reaction system designed for liquid-phase hydrogenation studies. The system meters gas or liquid feeds into a controlled reaction path. A heated reactor section holds the catalyst bed and establishes the required process environment. Preheating and downstream handling modules support stable continuous operation. Flow, temperature, and pressure can be monitored through the configured control architecture. The compact or modular arrangement allows the process line to be adapted to different reaction studies. Sampling and product-handling provisions support offline or online analytical workflows. Protective control functions address abnormal temperature or pressure conditions. The system supports repeatable catalyst evaluation and process-condition development within the specified limits.
