THPT1320/THPT1345 Disposable Hydrophilic PTFE Syringe Filters, 13 mm, 0.20 µm and 0.45 µm are designed for clarification and particle removal from aqueous solutions, organic solutions, and chemically demanding liquids. The filter medium is hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The series provides a 13 mm housing with 0.20 µm and 0.45 µm pore-size options. The hydrophilic PTFE membrane combines wettability with high chemical stability for difficult liquid samples. The housing is medical-grade polypropylene with a female Luer-lock inlet and a male Luer-slip outlet. The documented maximum operating temperature is 45 °C, and the stated pressure limit is 100 psi. The documented filtration area is 0.78 cm², while the residual volume is <30 µL after air removal. Batch-level HPLC and ion-chromatography checks are described for extractable control and analytical compatibility. Each model is supplied as 400 filters per box for single-use sample preparation.
