The T100 Sensitivity Enhanced SPR Analyzer is manufactured by Biacore.
The Biacore T100 Biomolecular Interaction Analyzer uses Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) electrooptical phenomenon to measure the binding constants and on/off rates between binding partners. Biacore T100 can be used to monitor almost any molecular interactions as long as one of the interacting partners can be immobilized on a sensor surface. It characterizes molecules in terms of the specificity of the interaction, on and off rates (kinetics), binding strength (affinity), and thermodynamics.
