SX2-4-10 Box Resistance Furnace, 1000°C and 7.2 L (CAT#: STEM-BC-3492-ZJF)

The SX2-4-10 is a medium-capacity box resistance furnace for laboratory heating applications. It supports elemental analysis, sample ashing, and thermal treatment of small metal parts. The 7.2 L chamber accommodates larger samples than the compact model. Its cold-rolled steel enclosure is welded and electrostatically coated for corrosion resistance. Refractory insulating material limits heat transfer and reduces empty-chamber energy consumption. Resistance-wire heating provides uniform thermal processing up to the rated 1000°C. PID temperature control and an LED display provide clear monitoring of actual and selected values. A separate controller allows the furnace and control unit to be arranged according to the workspace.
