The SX2-2.5-12 is a compact high-temperature box resistance furnace for laboratory sample processing. It is suitable for elemental analysis, ashing, and thermal treatment of small metal parts. The 1.9 L chamber provides a compact format for limited sample quantities. High-temperature resistance wire supports operation at the rated 1200°C. Low-conductivity insulating bricks reduce heat loss and shorten the heating period. The cold-rolled steel exterior is electrostatically coated to resist corrosion and aging. PID regulation controls temperature while the LED panel displays actual and selected values. The furnace and controller use a separated connection for adaptable installation.
