The SX2-2.5-10 is a compact box resistance furnace for laboratory and industrial thermal processing. It is suitable for elemental analysis and heat treatment of small steel or other metal components. The welded cold-rolled steel housing provides a rigid and durable exterior. Its side-opening furnace door allows convenient access to the working chamber. Lightweight insulating bricks reduce thermal conductivity, empty-furnace heat loss, and power consumption. Resistance-wire heating supports controlled operation at temperatures up to the rated 1000°C. PID control maintains the set temperature and displays current and programmed values on an LED panel. The furnace body and temperature controller are separately connected to provide flexible installation.
