SuperSW mAb Antibody SEC Column Series, 3-4 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3246-ZJF)

This size-exclusion column series is designed for analysis of therapeutic-antibody size variants. It separates multimers, dimers, monomers, and antibody fragments. The SuperSW mAb HR column uses 4 µm silica particles for high-resolution analysis. Its stated separation range is approximately 10⁴ to 5 × 10⁵ Da. The SuperSW mAb HTP column uses the same packing in a shorter format for faster testing. It can provide similar separation in approximately half the analysis time. The UltraSW Aggregate column uses 3 µm silica particles and a higher exclusion limit. This format is intended for antibody trimers and higher-order aggregates.
