STC/STT/STA/STH Compressed-Air Precision Filter Set, 0.01-3 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2889-ZJF)

This precision filter set is designed for staged removal of dust, water, oil droplets, and oil vapor from compressed air. The STC stage provides initial oil-water separation and coarse particle removal. Its ultrafine fiber medium removes contaminants at a nominal level of approximately 3 µm. The STT stage provides general compressed-air line filtration at approximately 1 µm. The STA stage uses gradient media for high-efficiency oil removal at approximately 0.01 µm. The STH stage is intended for removal of residual oil vapor at a nominal precision of 0.01 µm. Combined fiber media use interception, diffusion, coalescence, and separation mechanisms to purify the gas stream. The staged arrangement protects downstream equipment and helps maintain compressed-air quality. It is suitable for electronics, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and other applications requiring clean compressed air.
