Description

This stainless steel microporous filter is designed for enclosed precision filtration of liquids containing substantial solids. PE or PA sintered tubes form the main filtration zone inside the vertical pressure housing. Auxiliary filter tubes in the bottom section process residual liquid remaining after primary filtration. This arrangement supports near-complete liquid recovery and helps produce a drier discharged cake. Pressurized feed passes through the microporous tubes while solids collect on their external surfaces. Compressed gas can be introduced from inside the tubes to release the accumulated cake and regenerate the media. A pneumatic quick-opening bottom cover allows the separated solids to be discharged automatically. The enclosed process reduces odor release, environmental contamination, and operator exposure. The equipment is suitable for catalysts, molecular sieves, fermentation liquids, activated carbon, brine, chemical wastewater, and fine-particle recovery.
