Stainless-Sleeve Inverted Cone Fitting, 1/4-28 UNF (CAT#: STEM-AL-2666-ZJF)

This inverted cone fitting is designed for semi-rigid tubing connections that require repeated assembly and disconnection. It is available in black PPS, yellow ETFE, and stainless steel material configurations. The fitting uses a standard 1/4-28 UNF straight thread. It accommodates PTFE, FEP, and other semi-rigid tubing with several outside diameters. A stainless steel compression sleeve is incorporated into the connection assembly. The sleeve prevents the tubing from rotating while the fitting is tightened. This structure reduces torsional stress in the connected line. It is particularly suitable for preassembled tubing and fluid paths that are disconnected frequently.
