Stacked Disc Plate-and-Frame Filter, 0.6 MPa (CAT#: STEM-BC-2899-ZJF)

This stacked disc filtration system is designed for clarification and purification of industrial circulation liquids. It uses multiple overlapping perforated plates and flange rings to support selected membrane, paper, or cloth media. Pressurized liquid enters the sealed chamber and is distributed across the individual filtration layers. Uniform computer-machined plate perforations help maintain consistent pressure on the installed media. Clarified liquid passes through the media and exits through the central collection openings. SUS304 and SUS316L construction provides mechanical durability and resistance to compatible process fluids. The compact dual-screen structure offers a large filtration area relative to the housing volume. The system can retain activated carbon used for decolorization and impurity adsorption. Optional backwash and heated-jacket configurations support cleaning and temperature-sensitive chemical or pharmaceutical processes.
