ST-B200 is a laboratory mortar grinder designed for mixing, homogenizing, and fine grinding diverse sample types. It processes soft, hard, brittle, sticky, moist, and paste-like materials. The sample is compressed and rubbed between a rotating mortar and an adjustable pestle. Pestle position and pressure can be adjusted to suit different material behavior. A scraper repeatedly returns material to the grinding zone for uniform processing. The instrument supports dry, wet, and cryogenic grinding workflows. Interchangeable grinding sets allow material selection according to contamination requirements. The accessible mortar and pestle arrangement supports cleaning and replacement between batches. The system provides controlled laboratory preparation within the stated speed and volume ranges.
