SPJ-0212 Multifunction Magnetic Rack, Twelve-Tube Capacity (CAT#: STEM-BC-3413-ZJF)

The SPJ-0212 is a multifunction magnetic rack for magnetic-bead separation workflows. It is designed for nucleic acid extraction, nucleic acid purification, and protein purification. The rack supports 1.5, 2.0, 15, and 50 mL centrifuge tubes. Its magnetic strip can be separated from the tube rack. This design allows multiple tubes to remain in the rack while the magnetic field is inserted or removed. Tube-position clips hold the containers securely during shaking. After the strip is inserted, magnetic beads are collected against the tube walls in approximately 15 seconds. The twelve-position design supports simultaneous processing of multiple samples.
