It is manufactured from medical-grade polypropylene (PP) using injection molding in a 100,000-class cleanroom environment, providing excellent clarity, chemical resistance, and dimensional consistency. The cup body features three sets of graduated volumetric markings distributed evenly around the circumference, enabling accurate volume reading without rotating the container. The integrated safety snap-lock mechanism on the lid generates an audible click when fully secured, confirming a leak-proof seal and preventing over-tightening that could damage the threading. Different lid colors are available across the product range to allow visual differentiation of specimen types and collection protocols in the laboratory. The cup is designed for the safe collection and transport of specimens such as urine, feces, saliva, semen, reagents, and preservatives that require sealed containment. EO sterilization is available for applications requiring a pre-sterile collection environment to prevent specimen contamination from background microorganisms. Large-volume variants (250 mL, 500 mL) are available for applications requiring bulk specimen collection or preservation in reagent-supplemented containers.
