Solid-Phase Extraction System SPE80, 8 Channels (CAT#: STEM-AL2-0433-ZJF)

The SPE80 is an eight-channel solid-phase extraction system for parallel sample preparation. Eight peristaltic-pump channels are independently controlled to maintain consistent pressure and synchronized flow. The flow paths can provide either positive or negative pressure without manual pressurization. The extraction platform automatically raises and lowers to accommodate different cartridge and collection-vessel formats. Flow rate is adjustable from 0.25 to 25 mL/min with a listed control resolution of 0.25 mL/min. The system supports 1, 3, 6, 12, 30, and 60 mL cartridges as well as 47 and 90 mm extraction disks. Sample volumes from 0.1 mL to 20 L are supported, including automatic loading of water samples above 500 mL. Automatic solvent/sample addition, collection, pause control, and an LED status display support batch extraction workflows.
