Solid Phase Extraction Empty Column (1ml), model FCL61 is manufactured by Beyotime. This product is made of high-purity polypropylene (the same material as various commonly used EP tubes), the height of the column is 55mm, and the inner diameter of the column is 5.6mm. The adsorption of various biological molecules is extremely low. The sieve plate is made of high-purity ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHWMPE) as raw material and processed through a special process, with low adsorption, low bubbles and good hydrophobicity. In addition, the pore size is uniform (about 20 microns), which can be used to pack various common solid phase extraction media. Due to the specific material of the column tube and the sieve plate, it has a wide range of solvent compatibility. The solid phase extraction medium is usually packed between two sieve plates.
