Single Channel Adjustable Pipette B Series, 0.5 To 10 uL Volume Range (CAT#: STEM-AL2-2341-ZJF)

The single channel adjustable pipette transfers microlitre volumes of liquid between vessels. Liquid is drawn into a disposable tip by plunger movement and discharged again by reversing that movement. The volume to be transferred is selected by rotating the plunger button until the wanted figure appears. Covering half a microlitre up to ten microlitres, it serves work where only small volumes are handled. Tips are removed with an ejector, so the operator does not handle the used tip. The tip cone can be detached for cleaning and can be sterilised by autoclaving. Such low volume work is usual in molecular biology and assay preparation where reagent use has to be kept down. The light construction allows long dispensing runs without tiring the hand.
