Description

Singulator 100 is an automated tissue-dissociation system for preparing single-cell or isolated-nuclei suspensions from solid tissue. The instrument standardizes mechanical and process steps so tissue input can be converted into filtered cellular or nuclear suspensions with reduced manual handling. The stated sample range extends from very small tissue inputs to larger tissue masses within the supported interval. Preset dissociation programs provide one-button workflows for different sample types and target outputs. Temperature control is available at low temperature, ambient temperature, and physiological-temperature conditions according to the selected method. The system is described as compatible with a wide range of common dissociation reagents and multiple species and tissue types. Process monitoring supports traceability and helps improve consistency between runs and between laboratories.
