The Semi-Automatic Rotary Microtome YD-335 is a semi-automatic microtome for controlled sectioning of embedded specimens. Motorized specimen feed assists the operator while cutting remains coordinated through the handwheel and control panel. Section and trimming settings can be reviewed directly on the display. The clamp assembly supports specimen positioning and orientation before cutting. Specimen retraction reduces contact with the blade during the return movement. Interchangeable carriers support disposable blades or knife-based cutting configurations where provided. Locking and protection features help manage access to the cutting area. The instrument is intended for routine histology, pathology, and laboratory section preparation.
