The Semi-Automatic Headspace Sampler DK100 is designed for semi-automatic headspace sample introduction. It heats sealed sample vials so volatile compounds partition into the vapor phase before transfer to analytical equipment. Separate temperature control is provided for the vial zone, injection valve, and sample transfer line. A color display provides a user interface for setting and monitoring operating conditions. Ten samples can be heated at the same time to support sequential analysis. Sampling and pressurization intervals can be adjusted according to the headspace method. A fixed sample loop defines the transferred vapor volume during injection. The unit is suitable for routine headspace preparation coupled to compatible gas chromatographs.
