Self-adhesive Sealing Film for Microplate, Black, Heat/Cold & Solvents Resistant, model FSF025 is manufactured by Beyotime. This product is a black self-adhesive film for sealing microplates that can withstand low temperatures of -80°C, high temperatures of 120°C and some common solvents. It can prevent the liquid in the wells of the porous plate from evaporating, reduce the cross-contamination between the holes, reduce the experimental error, and improve the accuracy. It can be used for ELISA detection, various color development and fluorescence detection. This product has a 1.0cm wide grip design at one end, which makes it easy to take and does not stick to hands or gloves. The grip design also helps to accurately locate and facilitate the quick removal of the sealing film after the sealing is completed. The total size is 8.5×13.5cm, the sealing part is 8.5×12.4cm, and the grip part is 1.0×8.2cm. Suitable for sealing 96-well plates, 384-well plates, 48-well plates and similar-sized microplates.

Notes:
This sealing film can be used to store microplate sealing plates in common solvents such as water, DMSO, ethanol, methanol, and acetone, but it is not compatible with solvents such as isopropanol. The volatilization of the isopropanol solution will affect the sealing film.
The sealing film is white material, suitable for applications that need to be fully protected from light.

Precautions:
After sealing the plate, lay the microplate as flat as possible to prevent the stored liquid from contacting the sealing film.
For solutions or other storage conditions other than the listed solvents, it is recommended to use this sealing film after testing.
This product is limited to scientific research by professionals, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, or used for food or medicine, and must not be stored in ordinary residences.
