Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter, 30-3000 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2901-ZJF)

This scraper self-cleaning filter is designed for automatic removal of particles from viscous and contaminant-laden liquids. Process liquid enters the housing and passes through the internal cylindrical screen toward the outlet. As impurities accumulate, differential pressure increases across the filtration element. A motor-driven scraper or stainless steel brush moves against the screen surface and removes the deposited layer. Removed solids collect in a chamber and are discharged automatically through the drain valve. Filtration and cleaning occur online without interrupting the main liquid supply. PLC or PAC control monitors the operating condition and initiates cleaning according to pressure or time settings. The system eliminates routine replacement of disposable bags and cartridges. It is suitable for water, oils, coatings, resins, adhesives, inks, polymers, food products, fermentation liquids, and other high-viscosity process streams.
