Description

Utilizing SYBR Green real-time PCR technology, this kit is engineered for the detection and quantification of Schistosoma Undetermined Species. Specific primers ensure selective amplification of the target gene. As fluorescence increases with amplification, the system provides precise and reproducible data for both qualitative and quantitative purposes.
