Saturn DigiSizer® II is the first commercial particle size measuring instrument that uses light scattering analysis technology, which employs industy-leading digital detection technology to provide ultra high resolution, accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility. An advanced CCD detector with more than 3 million detector elements enables the fully automatic Saturn DigiSizer II to capture high-resolution, digital representations of patterns generated by laser light scattered from the sample. Then use the data reduction based on Mie theory to process the obtained information. The instrument produces fast, detailed results which can be repeated and reproduced between each Saturn DigiSizer.
