The Sartorius Stedim BIOSTAT CultiBag RM (Rocking Motion) Bioreactor System is a single use, wave-mixed bioreactor used with single-use Flexsafe RM bags which are proven for a broad range of different cell lines including CHO, NS0, SF9, E.coli, stem cells and CAR-T cells. The BIOSTAT RM is for culture volumes from 100 mL to 300 L and can be used for applications such as regenerative medicine, vaccines, mAbs, and seed train. The Sartorius BIOSTAT CultiBag RM system consists of a rocker unit with a bag holder, a digital controller and a disposable bag (not included). The bag, which forms the cultivation chamber, is mounted on the rocker platform and contains the medium and the cells. Due to the wave in the bag, generated by the moving platform, the media surface is renewed constantly, providing bubble-free aeration with low sheer.
