Sanitary Compressed-Air Sterilizing Filter, 1-5 Cartridges (CAT#: STEM-BC-2925-ZJF)

This sanitary gas filter is designed for purification and sterilization of compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, neon, argon, steam, and other compatible gases. It can be configured as a prefilter, coarse filter, fine filter, or terminal sterilizing filter. The stainless steel housing is internally and externally polished for pharmaceutical, fermentation, electronic, and hygienic gas systems. Available filter media include PTFE, glass-fiber composite felt, titanium alloy, polypropylene, and sintered metallic materials. A hydrophobic PTFE terminal element provides high-precision retention of airborne microorganisms and bacteriophages. Steam-filter configurations remove pipeline contaminants before steam reaches sensitive sterilizing-grade elements. The housing can be fitted with a differential-pressure gauge, safety valve, and drain valve for operating control. Cartridge quantity is selected according to the required gas flow rather than pipeline diameter alone. The system supports sterile-air supply for biological fermentation and protected gas delivery to critical process equipment.
