Sanitary Compressed-Air Sterilizing Filter, 0.01 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2987-ZJF)

This sanitary filtration system is designed to remove oil mist, moisture, dust, microorganisms, and bacteriophages from compressed gases. It combines a hydrophobic PTFE cartridge with a polished stainless steel housing. Gas contaminants are removed through interception, coalescence, and separation within the filtration assembly. The housing can be periodically sterilized with clean high-temperature steam. O-ring sealing helps direct the full gas stream through the cartridge. The system can process compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, and other compatible gases. Optional automatic drainage removes collected condensate from the housing. Steam-filter configurations can also protect downstream sterilizing filters and process pipelines from solid contamination.
