SAM 24 H.O. HIGH-OUTPUT Fan Filter Unit 12503 SAM24 H. O. CRF manufactured by Clean Rooms International provides clean air up to 1,000 CFM for cleanroom applications, ideal for cleanrooms with high ceilings.
SAM 24 H.O. Fan Filter Units can deliver a maximum of 1000 CFM, including a 100mm 99.99% efficient HEPA filter, 2" prefilter, seismic clip suspension points, variable speed control with RFI suppression, and safety switch.
Housings are made of steel with a white powder coating and seismic clip suspension points.
N310 motor blower: energy efficient, single-phase electric power, low watt backward curved impeller, permanent split capacitor, overlheat protection.
HEPA 100mm final filters are protected by a white epoxy diamond pattern grille and are tested in accordance with the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IEST) and ISO standards.
A polystyrene eggcrate grille of CRF Style Units in an anodized aluminum frame can be easily open to replace the filter without removing the unit.

CRF Style Filter Data: Size: 20-5/8" x 44-5/8" x 6" with anodized aluminum frame and diamond pattern white epoxy face screen. The HEPA Filter with 100mm media is 145 FPM average face velocity @ initial 0.40 w.g. and 99.99% efficient @ 0.3µm. An access port with removable plug is located in the center of the filter element face and is used for introducing an upstream challenge or measuring static pressure.
