The SK-O180-S is a laboratory rocking and orbital shaker designed for gentle agitation of biological and chemical samples on platforms and trays. It provides continuous, controlled motion to ensure uniform mixing, reagent exchange, and sample incubation. The instrument supports multiple motion types depending on the model, including linear, orbital, and see-saw (rocking) modes. The brushless DC motor provides quiet, maintenance-free operation with consistent speed over extended run times. Speed and timer parameters are controlled through a digital interface with simultaneous readout on an LED or LCD display. A safety speed protection function prevents spillage by limiting maximum platform velocity. The working platform accepts interchangeable accessory trays for gels, plates, containers, and bottles.
