The Chemstrip analyzer is Roche Diagnostics' smallest-compact analyzer, which is evaluated one test strip at a time. Easy to operate - approx. 50 times/hour - throughput and flexible software options make the Chemstrip Analyzer ideal for small laboratories and physician offices looking for a cost-effective way to improve standardization of urinalysis measurements.
The analyzer reads urine test strips at three wavelengths under standardized conditions and saves the results to memory and outputs via the built-in printer and/or serial (RS 232) interface. Store up to 100 results in memory for multiple printing options. In strongly alkaline urine samples - the Chemstrip101 analyzer automatically corrects specific gravity test results.
An optional barcode reader enables easy and reliable patient identification. This instrument is designed for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use by qualified physicians and laboratory staff.
