Replaceable-Cartridge Stainless Steel Precision Filter, 0.1-100 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2845-ZJF)

This stainless steel filter is designed for clarification, prefiltration, security filtration, and sterilizing-grade liquid filtration. Its filtration core is a self-contained replaceable cartridge with an integrated membrane and support structure. The cartridge can be removed as a complete unit without manually handling the filtration membrane. This replacement method reduces the risk of membrane damage, folding, and operator-induced contamination. The housing is available in 304 or 316L stainless steel for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical processes. A sanitary quick-opening closure provides convenient access for cartridge replacement, inspection, and cleaning. Selectable cartridge materials allow the filter to process aqueous liquids, biological fluids, solvents, and compatible chemicals. Smooth mechanically polished or electropolished internal surfaces support complete drainage and hygienic cleaning. The housing can be configured for CIP and SIP procedures according to the selected seals and operating conditions.
