Replaceable-Cartridge PP Precision Filter, 0.5-20 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2846-ZJF)

This polypropylene filter is designed for small- and medium-flow precision liquid filtration. Its filtration element is a complete replaceable polypropylene cartridge containing integrated support and filtration media. The cartridge can be exchanged without manually installing or touching a separate flat membrane. This construction simplifies maintenance and reduces the risk of filtration-media damage or contamination. The polypropylene housing provides resistance to many compatible acids, alkalis, salts, and water-based chemicals. Depth-type PP cartridges provide contaminant capacity for pretreatment, while pleated PP cartridges provide finer surface filtration. The compact lightweight structure supports installation beside laboratory, pilot-scale, production, or bypass-circulation equipment. Threaded or flanged connections allow the filter to be integrated into small process pipelines. Operation should remain within the stated pressure and temperature limits because the housing is entirely polymeric.
