The Caliper Life Sciences RapidPlate workstation is a six-position liquid handler that is compatible with both 96 and 384 well microplates. The RapidPlate utilizes a 96-channel disposable tip head for dispensing to the six-position deck. The RapidPlate Workstation has two active locators, which index the plate on the x- and y-axis to access all quadrants of 384 well consumables. The RapidPlate can operate as a stand-alone device or together with the Caliper Life Sciences Twister® II plate handler by using iLinkTM or CLARATM integration and scheduling software. All Caliper Life Sciences products are iLink and CLARA compatible, allowing for easy scalability.
