Radgenic® Lead Free Fluid Proof Thyroid Shields manufactured by Hermetic Safety are fully sealed and made of a non-porous, smooth material. This stain-resistant, stitch free design is impervious to fluids to comply with CDC Efficacy guidelines and also complies with the CDC's guidelines for Category IB disinfection protocol for noncritical medical devices. The radiation protection material is sealed between comfortable yet fluid-proof fabric layers, allowing you to completely disinfect every part of the shield.
