R&B Wire Medium Duty Hamper with Foot Pedal manufactured by R&B Wire Products is ideal for high traffic medical conditions where hand operated lids are inconvenient and may promote the spread of bacteria through hand to surface contact. The Medium Duty Hamper features a foot pedal activated lid for convenience and hygiene.
Each Medium Duty Hamper is crafted with 7/8 inch steel tubing with durable, lustrous chrome plating along with four three inch quiet-ride casters to ensure rigidity and smooth riding mobility. Included with R&B Medium Duty Hampers are bag locks to secure liners or bags in place. Two of the four caster wheels are capable of locking and holding the hamper securely in place on virtually any surface. Medium Duty Hamper Lids are constructed from high impact ABS plastic for durability and weight savings. The Medium Duty Hampers can be purchased either with the standar white lid or with colored lids for sorting laundry.
R&B Wire offers several choices of high quality tear resistant hamper labels for lids to indicate the intended use of the hamper. Hamper labels include biohazard waste, infectious linen, resident personal linen, soiled linen and trash labels. Each label is 12 inches wide, 4 inches tall and fits the top of the hamper lid to size. All labels are bilingual, featuring English and Spanish.
Available hamper bag options include standard nylon, antimicrobial nylon and leak proof materials for adaptability to virtually any healthcare related environment. Standard nylon hamper bags are crafted from durable 200 denier urethane coated nylon for lifelong flame retardant protection. Antimicrobial bags protect against microorganism growth and are also flame retardant for the life of the bag.
