Purcise PEC hydrophilic filters use Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane construction for culture media pre-filtration. The filter is designed with a dual-layer structure to provide reliable bacterial and particle retention in liquid pre-filtration processes. It offers broad chemical compatibility for compatible aqueous process liquids. The construction includes hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane, polypropylene support layers, polypropylene cartridge components, and polypropylene capsule housings. Cartridge versions include PBT interface liners and multiple sealing material options. Standard cartridge and capsule formats are available with multiple connection types. The product supports online steam sterilization for cartridge formats and autoclave sterilization for capsule formats according to configuration. It provides 100% integrity testing and serial number traceability for process control.
