Description

This PTFE crescent paddle is a stirring accessory for laboratory overhead mixers. A stainless-steel rod inside the shaft provides rigidity during operation. The external PTFE layer separates the metal core from corrosive samples. Its movable blade can be positioned through narrow openings before unfolding inside the vessel. The 80 mm crescent profile is intended for efficient mixing near rounded vessel bottoms. The 400 mm shaft supports use in relatively deep containers. The paddle is suitable for medium-speed treatment of low- to medium-viscosity liquids. Its PTFE surface resists high temperature, low temperature, chemicals, and material adhesion.
