Description

This PTFE crescent stirring paddle is intended for electric stirrer systems. Its 350 mm shaft includes a stainless-steel core for structural support. The core is enclosed in PTFE to protect it from contact with the sample. The articulated blade facilitates installation in vessels with restricted openings. An 80 mm crescent blade follows the shape of curved-bottom containers. The paddle produces axial flow under medium-speed conditions. It is designed for samples with low to moderate viscosity. PTFE provides resistance to heat, chemical attack, adhesion, and long-term atmospheric exposure.
