PROTEINDEX™ Co-NTA Sepharose 6FF is a cobalt-based immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium. Compared to nickel-containing media, it offers greater specificity and therefore increased selectivity for polyhistidine-tagged proteins under both native and denaturing conditions. Co-NTA Sepharose 6 Fast Flow Resin can be used for small-scale and preparative large-scale purification of histidine-tagged recombinant proteins in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.

Good mechanical stability, suitable for the preparation and large-scale purification of histidine-tagged proteins.
Compared with nickel-based IMAC, his-tagged protein has higher specificity and selectivity. Can be used to purify challenging proteins that are expressed at low levels or when nickel is not required.
Suitable for protein purification in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.
Compatible with applications under native and denaturing conditions.
Low cobalt ion leakage.
